"In the name of God, amen. I, Henry Vallentine, of Pickaway County in the State of Ohio - do make and publish this my last will and testament -

st. It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my personal estate -

nd. I leave and bequeath unto my five daughters, Catharine, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mary and Sophia equally between them or their heirs - one thousand three hundred and seventy seven dollars being the amount due me by my four sons John, Joshua, Joseph and Samuel Valentine and secured by mortgages on their land - The said John and Samuel each is to pay them two hundred and forty nine dollars - The said Joshua is to pay them four hundred and three dollars and the said Joseph is to pay them four hundred and seventy six dollars which makes together the aforesaid sum of 1,377 dollars to be equally divided between my said five daughters or their heirs in equal annual payments as stipulated in said mortgages but my will is that the same bear no interest and not to be paid until two years after my decease when the first payment is to become due and payable and then annually until the whole is paid off and discharged.

rd. In consideration of the land which I have conveyed to my four sons John, Joshua, Joseph and Samuel Valentine, I leave and bequeath unto each of them the sum of one dollar to be paid them out of my personal property.

th. My will is that after my debts and funeral expenses are paid out of my personal property, the rest and remainder of my moveable property - I leave and bequeath unto my two sons Joseph and Joshua equally between them.

th. And lastly I hereby nominate and appoint my son Joseph and my nephew George Valentine to be the executors of this my last will and testament.
