Edward M. Beebe, 93, Pocatello, Idaho, a former resident of the Sloan area, died Thursday at a Pocatello hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Wood Funeral Chapel at Sloan. The Rev. Rodney Cooper will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Township (Iowa) Cemetery.
The body will be at the funeral chapel after 8 o'clock tonight.
Mr. Beebe was born Oct. 20, 1879, at Smithland. He married Phoebe Hindman in 1901 in Sioux City. She preceded him in death.
Survivors include three sons, Harold F. of Pocatello, Alvin of Blackfoot, Idaho, and Rex of Peoria, Ariz.; five daughters, Mrs. Rose Stewart, Mrs. Etta Butler, Mrs. Louella Owen and Mrs. Opal Edwards, all of Pocatello, and Mrs. Ethel Parsley of Turin, Iowa; 19 grandchildren, and 34 greatgrandchildren.
