Milford Norman Fuller was born on April 28, 1894 to Harriet C Styer and William Samuel Fuller. He grew up in West Nottingham, Pennsylvania, was the youngest of nine siblings, and attended school until third grade. His father was a farmer, and Milford and his siblings worked on the farm until about 1910. He enlisted into the army on March 16, 1916, and was released on June 4, 1920. He married Mabel Fuller and their first daughter, Mildred, was born in 1918. They moved to New Castle, Delaware by 1920, and their second daughter, Marion, was born in 1924. In 1930 he was living with the family of his nephew, Fredus Vansant, and was working at an industrial plant. Marjorie, Milford’s third daughter, was born in 1934, and by 1940 he and his family were living in Richmond, Indiana. Milford was registered in the army on May 6, 1942. He died from unknown causes on December 10, 1952 at age 58.
