She was the daughter of Dr. Lenas Bolling and Amanda Harris Bolling of Buckingham Co. Virginia. Her parents are buried at the Bolling Farm on Rt. 652 Buckingham Co. Va. Louisa married John Howard Talbot on March 14, 1883. They had two children, Dovie Bolling Talbot Cawthon and Herbert Talbot. When she died at an early age of (29) - her sister Sallie and her husband Addison B. Ford then raised her children. Louisiana's 2 sisters, Sallie Bolling Ford and Florence Eveline Bolling McCulloch also moved to (Neely's Bend) TN. to the Ford Plantation.
