World War II veteran. Henry Baker. 50. 1424 W. 10th.St., died unexpectedly at 6 o'clock this morning at St John's Hospital.


A native of Cleveland, Ohio. he was born Sept. 3, 1920, the son of Frank and Mary Anna Langa Baker and came to Anderson in 1946 from Cleveland.


Mr. Baker Was owner and salesman of the Youth Bible Society.


He was a member of the
Goodwin Memorial Church of the Nazarene, VFW, and the Moose Lodge.


Surviving are the widow. Helen L, Adam s Baker; two daughters, [Sharon Elaine, at home and Mrs.
Nancy Bond of Anderson; four grandchildren; two brothers, Joseph and Frank Baker, both of Cleveland; and a sister, Mrs. Gloria Stombaugh of Woster, Ohio


The body was removed to the Baker Brothers Funeral Home where funeral arrangements are pending.
