James F. Bailey, 57, died unexpectedly in his home in Goodyear, Arizona on June 6, 2011.

Jim was born in Brawley, California, and lived in El Centro until he graduated form Central Union High School in 1971. He attended one year of college in Arizona, then enlisted in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War from 1972 - 1975. After returning to Arizona in 1975 he attended college earning his degree in Electronic Engineering. He was a computer technician, analyst and programmer. He owned and operated his own business in Goodyear, Arizona.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Karen (Kennedy) Bailey; his mother, Wanda Bailey of Peoria, Arizona; and his two beloved dogs, Tia and Winnie. He is also survived by a niece, Heather Sage of Henderson, Nevada; great niece, Cindy; and great nephew, Austin Sage. He was predeceased by his sister, Cynthia Ann (Bailey) Alexander, in 1982.

There will be no services. His ashes will be scattered in the mountains of Arizona.
