Ervin F. Denk, 67, of 4812 Morgan Dr., Manitowoc, died early Monday morning
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and
10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Leo J. Schnott
will officiate with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Denk was born Sept. 30, 1908, in Wood County, son of the late Michael and
Mary Tuschel Denk. He married Eleanor Nora Tuschel June 22, 1935 at St. Mary
Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. They resided at Whitelaw until 25 years ago
when they had moved to Manitowoc. He had been employed at Imperial Eastman Co.
of Manitowoc for 30 years, retiring as a foreman in 1958. He was a member of
Imperial Eastman 25 Year Club and Retirement Club and Holy Innocents Holy Name
Society.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter, (private) and a son-in-law and daughter,
(private), a brother and sister-in-law, Harvey and Caroline Denk of Manitowoc
a sister, Mrs. Florence Manhck?? of Manitowoc, two grandchildren, (private), a
brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Hilda Heiderer, of Whitelaw and
nieces and nephews. A brother, Walter, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, where a
prayer service will be at 7:45 p.m.
