Earl M. Koutecky, age 74, of 904 S 23rd St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon,
February 25, 1996, at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, 1996, at the
Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Robert
Meyer with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born August 19, 1921, in Manitowoc, son of the late Frank and Myrtle
Willman Koutecky. Earl was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School with the
class of 1939 and served with the United States Navy during World War II and the
Korean Conflict.
Earl retired in 1962 after 23 years of service with the rank of Chief Petty
Officer.
Survivors include two sisters and brothers-in-law, Bernice and Cyril Blashka,
Manitowoc, Lola Ann and Efran Gomez, Mexico; one brother and sister-in-law, Dr.
Dale and Lorraine Koutecky, Elm Grove, Wis. Also surviving are nieces, nephews,
grand-nieces and grand-nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded
in death by an infant sister.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 12 noon Wednesday until the time
of service at 1:30 p.m.
