HERMAN A. LORENZ

Herman A. Lorenz, 79, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, died Sunday at Memorial Hospital,
Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rockwood Lutheran Church. The
Rev. Herbert Kesting will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Lorenz was born Nov. 14, 1889, in Town of Manitowoc Rapids, son of the
late John and Wilhelmina Daugs Lorenz. He attended First German Evangelical
Lutheran Parochial School, Manitowoc, and farmed the homestead farm, in Town
of Manitowoc Rapids, after the death of his father. He married Julia Eslinger
Nov. 20, 1919, at Mishicot. She died in 1955.
Survivors include a son, Victor, of Rt. 3, Manitowoc, two daughters, Mrs.
Alfred (Florence) Brandl, of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Marvin (Mabel) Junk,
of Manitowoc, 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Mittnacht Fuenral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m. Tuesday
until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and then at the church until time of service.
