Graduated 1910 from Antigo, Langlade County, Wisconsin High School. The yearbook says this about William: "Class Basket Ball Team (3) (4); Athletic Association (1) (2) (3) (4); Treasurer of Class (4); Caesar Play (4); Class Play (4)."

William "Bill" Wall, Jr. became a pharmacist in Antigo and had Wall's Drugstore, according to his nephew, Monsignor John A. Wall.

"W. H. Wall, 59, Died Early Today: William H. Wall Jr., 59, 719 Clermont street, lifelong resident of Antigo, died at 1:45 a.m. today at his home after a long illness.

He was born in Antigo on Jan 5 1892. Mr. Wall conducted the Wall drug store here from 1930 to 1940. It was sold to become the Vosmek drug store.

He was married in 1922 to the former Alice Stevens, who survives him. Other survivors are his mother, Mrs. William Wall, Sr. of Antigo; a daughter Mrs. James Tradewell of Antigo [stepdaughter]; three brothers, Dr. Charles Wall of Manitowoc, Arthur of Greensborough, N. C., and John of South Bend, Ind.; a sister, Mrs. Marie Bosshard of Milwaukee; and four grandchildren.

Funeral rites will be held at St. John's Catholic church at 9:30 a.m. Monday, with interment in the family lot of the Catholic cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Muttart-McGillan funeral home from Saturday night until the time of services. Recitation of the rosary is scheduled for 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home."
