Mr. Jennings was a member of Zion Episcopal Church, Charles Town, W. Va., the Independent Fire Company of Charles Town, and was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Francis (Nalley) Jennings, Ranson; son, James Roger Jennings, at home; step-sons, Edward Lee Clipp and Donald Leroy Clipp, both of Keedysville; four grandchildren; brothers, Clyde Jennings, Boonsboro, Clinton Jennings, Brownsville, and Hebert Jennings, Riverdale.
Funeral services were conducted at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town; burial was in Brownsville
