Mrs. Chauncey B. White died unexpectedly Friday morning in her home on Fort Atkinson street, Milton. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Milton Methodist church, Rev. Webster Millar of Janesville, an old friend of the family, officiating and being assisted by Rev. T. C. Nagler. Vocal duets were furnished by Russell Bauer and Miss Phoebe Addie. Burial was in Milton cemetery. Pallbearers were John and Frank Craig, William, Charles and James Burhans and Alpha Westrick.

Ada Ann Craig was born in Ashtabula, Ohio, Sept. 28, 1853. When she was 10 years old she came to Wisconsin and has lived in or near Milton ever since. On Nov. 15, 1868, she married Chauncey B. White who died Jan. 21, 1921.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Stella Wright, Mrs. Hettie Westrick and Mrs. Clara Ames, all of Milton; three sons, Adelbert, Delavan, Villie, Milton, and Melvin, Jefferson; 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Craig, Janesville, and Henry Craig, Ashtabula, O.

Among those from out of town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Leonard White, Lake Geneva; Willard White, West Allis; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Karcher, Zenda, Ill.; Mrs. Charles Lami, Sharon; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Tangorra and children, Rockford; Mr. and Mrs. Adelbert White and Mrs. Hyla Merrifield, Delavan; Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Wells, Beloit; Melvin White, Jefferson; W. F. Burhans, Mrs. Art Bemis, Mrs. Ted Olson, Mrs. Frank Provenzano and Mrs. Alex Schrimp, Fort Atkinson; Mr. and Mrs. William Ryan, Miss Maxine Westrick, Mrs. Hattie Sowles, Mrs. E. H. Schoof, Otto and John Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. James Burhans Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Alex Andreski and Miss Elizabeth Burhans, Janesville; Mr. and Mrs. Rollo Addie, Emerald Grove.
