Rock Musician. Palmer was the bass player for the musical group, 'Buffalo Springfield' who were popular in the 1960s. The band which formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1966, also included Stephen Stills, Neil Young, Dewey Martin, and Richie Furay. The group who were only together for two years until disbanding in 1968, recorded such hits as, 'For What It's Worth,' 'Sit Down, I Think I Love You,' 'Pay Of The Price,' 'Leave,' 'Out Of My Mind,' 'Burned,' and 'A Child's Claim To Fame,' among many others. Palmer was also a member of the musical group, 'The Mynah Byrds' in 1966, along with Neil Young and the late Rick James.
