Walter Daniel Blume, 83, of Route 1, died Sunday.
Born in Jessup County, Ga., he was a retired employee of Electric Motor and Repair Co. in Columbia and a member of State Street Baptist Church in Cayce. He was married to the late Ruth Tant Blume.
Surviving are a son, Julius W. Blume of Trenton; a daughter, Mrs. Lena B. Adams of Cayce; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. today at Mercer Funeral Home of Denmark, with burial in Denmark Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Wardlaw Academy in Johnston.
