Josephine Lemery Hill

Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Lemery Hill, 87, who died at Oswego Tuesday, will be Friday at 9:30 am at the Sacred Heart church in Oswego.

Mrs. Hill, widow of the late John B. Hill, had lived in Oswego the past 60 years. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary cemetery.

Mrs. Hill was born January 20, 1861, at St. Louis, Or. She is survived by a son, Charles B. Hill, and two daughters, Anna M. Hill and Mrs. Sara Capen of Oswego; a sister, Mrs. Elenora Fleming, Pomona, Cal.

Mrs. Josephine Hill Dies

Mrs. Josephine Lemery Hill, 87, former resident of the Woodburn area, died December 14 at Oswego and funeral services were conducted last Friday at the Sacred Heart church at Oswego. Interment was at Mt. Calvary cemetery in Portland. Mrs. Hill was born at West Woodburn on January 20, 1861, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lemery. She had lived at Oswego for many years.
