She was the glue that held our family together and her family will miss her dearly. She was the devoted wife for nearly 60 years of Emil Piontek. She is also survived by her loving children, Richard Ivan (Debbie) Piontek, of Springdale, and Melissa (John) Schaefer, of Glenshaw. She was an exceptional grandmother "Gruv" to Caitlin, Patrick, Matthew and Emily Schaefer. Rosemarie is also survived by a brother, Richard (Diane) Patula, of Loudon, Tenn., as well as adoring nieces and nephews. She was met in heaven by her oldest son, David Emil Piontek; parents, Andrew and Flora Kosheba Patula; and her infant sister, Louise Patula. A graduate of East Deer High School, Rosemarie was employed by Gulf Research as a draftsperson for 35 years.
