MAPLETON - Jack Biddison, the father of a Mapleton man, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas.

He was born on July 14, 1924, in Leon, Iowa, to Ensign P. Biddison and Olive Lowrance.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nadine Farley Biddison, one daughter, two sons, two sisters, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and five nieces.

A graveside service will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at 1 p.m., with Army honors.
