"Worcester, Sept. 27.---Agnes Hurlbert McClintock died at her home on the Decatur road Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, following a shock which she suffered on Wednesday, and from which she never rallied. The deceased was born at Jefferson, March 28, 1849, a daughter of Herman and Lucinda Long Hurlburt. She was twice married, her first husband being George Linly of Gilboa. About 30 years ago she was united in marriage with Alexander McClintonck and until his death several years ago they occupied the McClintock farm on South Hill. Following the death of Mr. McClintock she came to this village to reside. The surviving relatives are one daughter, Mrs. W. C. Whiteman of Cherry Valley; four grandsons; three sisters, Mrs. Hester Pierce of Hobart, Mrs. Hattie Orelup, Bridgeport, Conn., Mrs. Elinore Morey and one brother, H. M. Hurlburt, the two latter residing in Portland, Oregon. Funeral services were held from the home Sunday afternoon. Rev. G. G.
