She was a faithful member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her companion Russell Morton; her son John H. (Diane) Brown; sister Viola Goff; brother, Leon Brown; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grand-daughter; host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Manual Crockett, both parents and six siblings.
Viewing will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church, 1090 S. State St. on Friday, Feb. 29, 2008 at 12 noon, services to follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be at the Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 S. Redwood Rd.
