Born in Switzerland; son of locally famous South River manufacturer Alois Bohi Sr. Oscar Bohi went into the Swiss Embroidery business just as his father and brothers had. From family tradition, the business failed during the depression, and at some point Oscar & Lena relocated from South River to School Street in the Stelton section of Piscataway. Oscar died of cancer in 1946.
