Daughter of the late Leonard V. and Parthenia Singleton Waters, she was the widow of William Henry Sullivan. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bennie Waters, Elmer Waters and Leonard Waters; and sisters, Belva Boyd, Mary Paul and Clara Boyd. She was survived by her son, William Ryan "Billy" Sullivan (Peggy); grandchildren, Taylor Sullivan and Brittany Sullivan; and an extended family of relatives. Her funeral was held on September 12, 2012, with Arthur "Bud" Ball officiating. She was a member of Hunter's Bridge Church of Christ. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and cross-stitching.
