MRS. BREEN PASSES AWAY
Mrs. Agnes Breen, 409 South Bloomington St. passed away Tuesday afternoon in St. Mary's hospital following an illness of two years' duration.
Services will be held Thursday at 9 a. m. from the Solon Funeral Home and at 9:30 a. m. in the Immaculate Conception Church with a requiem mass. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:30 p. m. today at the funeral home with the rosary at 8:30 p. m.
Mrs. Breen was born in Streator August 6, 1897, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Keating. She married Thomas J. Breen Aug. 18, 1923 in the Immaculate Conception Church. He preceded her in death in March, 1956.
She had resided her lifetime in Streator and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Altar and Rosary Society and the Margaret Roper study club.
Survivors include: one daughter, Mary, and two sons, Richard, Streator, and Robert, Oak Park; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Godfrey and Mrs. Margaret Baum, both of Streator.
