Andrew Cole "AC" Allen passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, April 26, 2006, at the age of 76.
A native of Bowling Green, KY. Mr. Allen had resided in Blythewood for 27 years. He was the son of the late Andrew C. Allen and Gwyn Allen Fiser and stepson of W. D. Fiser. He had retired from WIS-TV and was a member of Gideon's International and a founding member and Elder of Joy Church. Mr. Allen is survived by his wife of 54 years, Peggy Causey Allen of Blythewood; a sister, Joan Tichenor of Shelbyville, KY.; two daughters, Lucretia Eisenreich and her husband, David and Becky Ansley and her husband, Mickey, all of Blythewood and seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 2006 with services beginning at 4 p.m.
Interment will follow in Bush River Memorial Gardens.
