Antonio was survived by son Paul of California; 6 daughters: Dora Medina of Fairview, Donna Shadoan of La Villita, Ida Carillo of Albuquerque, Mabel Marquez of Santa Cruz, and Mary Rita Sanchez and Suzanne Beaman of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother Augustine of Albuquerque; 22 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
Antonio was a former Rio Arriba County Treasurer and Probate Judge. He was a lifetime member of La Confradiade Nuestro Padre Jesus de Alcalde. He was retired from New Mexico State and Federal Government.
Funeral services were on July 20th in St. Anne's Catholic Church in Alcalde. Burial was in the Morada de Alcalde Cemetery. Pallbearers: Andrew Medina, Robert Shadoan, Darryl Shadoan, Edward Sanchez Jr., Danny Sanchez, Carlos La Vadie, Roland Villareal. Honorary pallbearers: La Confradia de Nuestro Padre Jesus de Alcalde.
