Peter Uhl Services Held Sunday
Peter Uhl, 81, died at his home in Grout township on Thursday, June 13. Funeral services were held on Sunday at the Hall Funeral Home, with burial in the Highland cemetery. Rev. M. R. Jewell of the Gladwin Evangelical church officiated.
Mr. Uhl was born on November 26, 1865 in Germany. He lived on a farm in Gladwin county for many years after coming to this country. Previous to the last four years, during which time lie made his home in Grout township, he spent some time working in Flint.
Surviving are two sons, Peter Uhl, of Detroit; and John Uhl, of Grout township. Mrs. Uhl passed away on March 9, 1933. Gladwin County Record dated 6-19/1946 Column - 4 Page - 1.
