Death of Ed Long
Ed Long, who had been in ill health for several months, died Wednesday night at 9 o'clock at his home in Southside Addition. His death was due to thoracic aneurism.
The deceased was born near Dover, August 28, 1875. He was married in Lexington to Miss Nellie Foss in 1906, who with three children, George, Carl and Marie, survive him. He is also survived by three brothers and three sisters, as follows: William, Frank, and Pearle Long, and Mrs. Lance Joplin of Lexington; Mrs. James Ezell, Monett, Mo., and Mrs. Nelson Welliver of Corder, Mo.
