Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Jackson Chapel Church of God with the Rev. Louis Waters officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery by Wallace Funeral Home.
Mr. Barrow was born May 16, 1949, in Dilley. He was self-employed and a maintenance man.
Survivors include two sons, Kevin Casel and Dominique Hughes; two daughters, Denise Kelly and Deidre Hughes; his mother, Maebelle Barrow; seven brothers, Jerry Barrow, Fred Barrow, Eddie Barrow, Sammie Barrow, Gerald Barrow, Adalphus Barrow and James Barrow; and six sisters, Anita Barrow, Bessie Ervin, Joyclyn Waters, Sharon Menson, Connie Willis and Francis Collins.
