Hannah married Enos Seth Adams, son of Joel and Fidelia (Crandall) Adams on 4 June 1859 at the Cathedral of St. Peter In Chains in Cincinnati, Ohio. Six children were born to them, Nell, Harry, Clarice, Florence, Frederick and Alma.
