Son of Frederic William & Amy Catherine (Folmar) White. Husband of Florence Lois Davison.

Aubret was an Army veteran of WWII. As a Navy Chaplain he was aboard the USS NOA that assisted in the recovery of John Glenn from space. He also served with the Marines as a Vietnam Veteran. He also graduated from the University of West Alabama and retired as a Navy Lt. Cmd. Chaplain from the Navy Reserve. He received his Masters degree from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He served as pastor to numerous churches and for eight years as the Director of Missions for the Autauga Baptist Association.
