Mrs. Marie B. Schuh, age 86, a Manitowoc resident died Friday, February 26, 1993, at the Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 2, 1993, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, the Rev. Ronald Reimer will officiate at the Mass of Christian burial and interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery.

She was born October 8, 1906, in the town of Schleswig, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late John and Mary Weber Knier. She was educated at St. Gregory’s school at St. Nazianz. She married Raymond G. Schuh on August 23, 1927. They celebrated 61 years of marriage together. Raymond preceded her in death July 1, 1989. She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, the Christian Mothers Altar Society and Perpetual Adoration.

Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond Schuh Fr., Medford, Oreg., Arnold Schuh, Manitowoc, Ronald and Mary Jo Schuh, Plano, Texas, Kenneth and Mary Schuh, Manitowoc; five daughters and three sons-in-law, Lorraine Koeppel, Whitelaw, Carol and Charles Kumbalek, Two Rivers, Delores and Robert Schmatz, Manitowoc, Virginia Hackbarth, Bloomington, Minn., Janice and Ronald Schaden, Two Rivers; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Katherine Knier, rural Kiel; a sister, Angeline Schwoerer, rural Valders; a sister-in-law, Mildred Knier, rural Kiel; 27 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by seven brothers, a sister and a son-in-law, Vernon Koeppel.
