MRS. EVA I. YOUNG (The Daily Reporter, Dover, OH, 26 May 1975)
ULRICHSVILLE - Mrs. Eva I. Young, 82, of RD 2 died of a cerebral hemorrhage Saturday in Valley Manor Nursing Home. She had been ill 2 years.
Born near Angelica, N.Y., to Edwin and Nancy J. Ackley, she was a former resident of Caneadea, N.Y., and had resided here one and a half years. She was a retired assembler for Acme Electrics Co., of New York. Her husband, Clifton, died in 1949.
Surviving are five daughters: Mrs. Milloni (Frances) Western of here. Mrs. Lester (Pearl) Anthony of Hudson, Mich., Mrs. Walter (Gladys) Saunders of Franklinville, N.Y., Mrs. Alfred (Katherine) Peckham of Belmont, N.Y., Mrs. Roger (Ruth) Nicholson of Belfast, N.Y.; 24 grandchildren, and 71 great-grandchildren. A son, Carlos Ackley Perry of Marion, Ohio, four brothers, and two sisters preceded her in death.
Arrangements for services are incomplete at Murken Funeral Home at 65 Main St., in Belfast, N.Y. Burial will be in Oramel Cemetery near Belfast, N.Y. Local arrangements were handled by R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home at Dennison.
