this is presumed a "Gleason" family member because the stone was leaning against Betsy Gleason (1780-1806) when it was recorded in a c.1990 survey of this cemetery by the Heath Historical Society which they noted, "small stone completely illegible"; in Heath vital records to 1850 there are no Gleason children who were born or died to a Joseph & Lucy, there are several born to a William & Lucy; perhaps a rubbing or a photo in just the right light could provide more clues to whose son this is.
