OBITUARY :
HARRY L. WEAVER, 112 E. First St., died at the Washington County Hospital Sunday at 11 p.m. of complications after a brief illness, aged 83 years.

Born at Benevola, he was the son of the late Peter John and Elizabeth (Trone) Weaver. Prior to his retirement, he had farmed the Kenly farm on Wilson Blvd., for a number of years.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Floyd Coffelt and Mrs. Harry Hawthorne, both of Hagerstown; two step-daughters, Mrs. Cora Kershner and Mrs. George Doub, also of Hagerstown; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro, where services will be held on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m., with the Rev. Lester M. Kauffman officiating. Interment will be in Boonsboro Cemetery.

The family will meet friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
