Mrs. Mary Donar Woods passed away peacefully October 28, 2012 in a local hospital. She was a native of Bristol, FL, having resided in Jacksonville, FL., most of her life.

She was a faithful member of New First Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, where she served on the Deaconess Board. Other affiliations include member of the Central Social & Savings Club and Neighborhood Moms.

Her husband, Cleveland Woods, and sisters, Martha Thomas and Isabell Cooper predeceased her. Survivors include her children, Patricia Woods-Thomas (Johnnie), Anthony Woods (Lyndia), Mavis Woods Randolph (Johnny), Marilyn Banks (Ernest), Norman Woods, Ola Woods, Shirley Armstrong (Frank), Harry Woods and Lawrence Woods (Quartreass); 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a number of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be at her church located at 6910 Bagley Rd, FRIDAY from 5 PM until 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until the hour of service. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 10 AM, Saturday, November 3, 2012 at New First Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Louis C. Parker, Jr. Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Hope Henry Cemetery, Lake City, FL. Friends are asked to assemble at the church under the direction of ALPHONSO WEST MORTUARY, INC.
