Bio

I got into genealogy in 1998 while searching on the Internet for a phone number or an address for my dad. He lived in California and I was in Maine and I had not heard from him in awhile. I never found a phone number or an address, but found him on the Social Security Death Index instead. My parents divorced when I was young, so naturally I wanted to know more about dad's side of the family, and I have been hooked on genealogy ever since.

Some of the surnames that I am researching are: COGGINS, STRONG (dads side); SPRAGUE, SAWYER (moms side); and HOWARD (my late husband's side).

Special thanks to my Findagrave friend who guided me step by step and helped me to locate dads final resting place. Thank you also to the volunteers who have taken the requested photos of family graves. With that said, I think that Findagrave is pretty awesome!
