Webb Cemetery
Putnam County, Indiana, USA
Clinton Twp
Section 21
39 43 53N Latitude; 86 58 08W Longitude
This cemetery is on private property. Obtain permission from property owner before visiting this cemetery.
Directions:
Go west of Brick Chapel on Co Rd 350N for 2 ½ miles to 350W, which is a dead end road going south. Go south to the end of this road, where there is a new house to the east. From the house, go southeast through a pasture for about a quarter mile, maybe a little more. The pasture will end at some woods. About 100 yards west of the southeast corner of the pasture is the cemetery. It is just into the woods going south. If you don't know where it is at, it is hard to find. If you can't find the cemetery, go into the woods to the stream and find the waterfall. The cemetery is north and a little bit east of the falls. Better yet, save yourself a lot of time and anguish and purchase or borrow a hand held GPS. If you don't know right where the cemetery is, I guarantee you this will save you hours of walking as this cemetery is very difficult to locate based on directions alone.
Condition: Fair
Cemetery is in a clump of trees surrounded by farm fields. The trees keep farm machinery away and weeds down. It wouldn't hurt to cut some mature trees so they don't fall on the stones. The stones are not in bad shape.
Information about this cemetery was provided by Mr. L Tippin.
