This cemetery belonged to the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in the Hopewell community. Wind destroyed the church in about 1927 and it was never rebuilt. Several unmarked graves.

Traveling North from Wedowee on U.S. Hwy 431 turn left onto County Road 121 (Swagg Road), at the end of County Road 121 turn left onto County Road 329; travel one-half of a mile turning right onto County Road 99 (Old Island Ford Bridge
Road in Swagg Community). Continue traveling County Road 99 after the pavement ends for 1.2 miles, and the cemetery road will veer off to the right of County Road 99. There is a fence surrounding the cemetery.
