The graveyard of the Wooden family is located in Baltimore, at the (current) intersection of Rosedale and Presstman Sts. This land was originally part of 'Parrish Range Plantation', which had been owned by the Wooden family since 1697.

The one acre plot of land was set aside in the Will of Thomas Wooden in 1833:
"...I desire, that headstones be placed at the graves of my late wife, my son John and myself. And that the graveyard on my farm be suitably enclosed, by my executor herein named;..... which shall FOREVER remain a family burial ground. Not to be alienated by my devises or heirs at law."
