I found an obituary today that at least describes the different names I have for this Cemetery:
12 Feb 1903...."Her remains were buried in Pleasant Grove cemetery at Brewster church yesterday, Rev. Anderson of the Church of God officiating."
So the name of the cemetery is Pleasant Grove, the church it was at was called Brewster Church, and the denomination of the church was Church of God, which had previously been know as the Winebranarian Church.
The Church of God was established in 1872 and disbanded sometime after 1900, probably around 1915. The cemetery remains, but is abandoned and unmarked. I have attached a "Google" map of it's location. The closest "city" to it is Northvue, although I would not consider this cemetery to be associated with the community of Northvue. During the time of the Church's existence, it was within a small community known as Brewster, although that name for the area is no longer used as far as I can tell.

"The Church of God was organized in August, 1872, by Rev. Joseph GRIMM, who preached the gospel of that denomination in the BREWSTER neighborhood as early as 1870. The elders were Andrew ALBERT and James S. JONES, and the deacons, Henry ALBERT and Ira BACON. There were twenty-one other members, who, in 1874, aided Rev. J. W. DAVIS in building a frame house of worship."
