Keesee Family Cemetery
Henrico County, Virginia, USA
Note: In the summer of 2011 we attempted to locate this grave, following the location described on the cemetery page. All went well until the sentence reading "then 1.8 miles east on Warriner Road, then south on private road to McElroy Farm." Traveling east on Warriner Road for 1.8 miles will bring you (exactly) to Farside Trail, which is a gravel road, with no other roads in proximity. None of the local residents have ever heard of a McElroy or farm. And in traveling .4 miles south on Farside Trail, then searching the woods on both sides, no gravesite was found. Further, there are farm fields slightly west of Farside trail, behind a telecom tower, also searched .4 miles south from Warriner into the woods there, to no avail.

Contrary to what you say ie. no one knew of the site or the McElroy farm, I and several other long term residents know quite a bit about the site, the McElroy farm, and the Willis connection to the area. Martha Willis Keesee was most likely born on my land.
Here's the coordinates to the actual site = 37 degrees, 25 minutes, 46.02 seconds, North X 77 degrees, 12 minutes, 15.18 seconds West. You were very close. You can throw a soft ball from the Henrico Co. tower to the grave site.
