The cemetery is east of County Road 86A just south of Township Road 390A at the Brown County line on a farm. It was established upon the death of Cynthia B Florence. She wanted to be buried in the garden next to the log home built in 1806.

The cemetery is located in Clay Township, Highland County, Ohio, and is # 5153 in "Ohio Cemeteries 1803-2003", compiled by the Ohio Genealogical Society.
