Postal address would be:
1050 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy
Charlottesville, VA 22902
Technically Monticello isn't in the Charlottesville, VA city limits (just the county limits). But this is what you would put to a GPS to find the address location on a map.
Photos of the plaque indicate these African-American enslaved people died while living and working in and around Monticello, the exact grave locations of specific individuals are not known at this point in time.
The sign indicates that there have been at least 20+ grave sites identified and that there may be others in and around the property. (see ALL attached pictures of this grave site for archeological grave site map along with names of individuals that are known to have been here).
There was one headstone that was found broken off and in a different location of an African-American servant at Monticello. Her grave site is not known but her headstone is currently on display within the museums as of the writing of this in June 2015.
