This cemetery is isolated and difficult to find. It is a small fenced cemetery in a remote peaceful place. It is at the end of a dirt road about 3/4 mile through the woods from this sign.

Directions to Asbury Cemetery:
Take 77 north from Charleston. Just for reference, as you travel on the freeway, you will pass an exit for Pocatelico and then the Pocatelico River and shortly after that, you will come to an over pass which you will go under and shortly after that you will exit on Exit 116. Turn right and then an almost immediate right onto Second Creek Rd. You will cross the bridge that is the overpass you just went under when you were on the freeway. Continue on that road - don't turn off on any other roads. You will pass a yellow house on the left and then a white house on the left. When you come to a dirt road straight ahead don't take it, but follow the paved road up and around the hill to the right. This road becomes a nice graveled road. You will pass a cemetery on the left. Continue on. You will pass a few small houses. The road will climb and go around a curve. Watch for a blue tank on your right. The Asbury Cemetery sign will be nailed to a tree on the left about 100 yards from the tank. It will point to the left to a dirt road. You may not be able to take your car any further if it has not been maintained but it is only about 3/4 mile to the cemetery from the graveled road. Follow either dirt road, but the cemetery bears to the left - and both the dirt roads converge into the single road that leads to the cemetery. Since you will be walking and don't have to worry about the road being blocked by fallen trees, I would take the road on the left and continue to bear left as you follow it.

The cemetery is at the end of the road in the clump of trees.
