Main entrance is on Berkshire Ave. [see bottom]. Cross monument in the center.
Top is the rear section, old gate on Page Blvd. is no longer in use.
Section: M has all flat markers.
The section to the right of M, only has a few flat markers. The burials in this area, were bodies, bones etc. moved from an old area beyond the fence on the left side [by sections U & V ] of the cemetery, when digging began for the present Kennedy Middle School in August of 1964.
Newer areas are section U, only flat markers; V, S & T have headstones and flat markers.
Sections D & E have many empty spaces because of no markers on the older graves.
Many of the larger old family lots are in the A,B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L lots.
Section H, has some baby graves with smaller flat markers.
The front areas are mainly 2, 3 & 4 grave lots.
I was told, they don't sell larger than 4 grave lots at present.
The sections with two letters, don't have an actual divider sign in the area. Years ago, there used to be trees and walk paths in between the sections, No more paths and many of the older tress have been cut down due to over growth and tree roots damaging the headstones.
This is a beautiful cemetery, kept very clean by the crew who are on the site Monday through Saturday.
