William F. "Billy" Brannen Sr., 85, died Jan. 22 at Heritage Park Nursing Home.
He was a native of Brooklet and a resident of Savannah most of his life. He was a member of Savannah Primitive Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Eunice D. Brannen of Savannah; two daughters, Diane Rountree and Joyce Nettles, both of Savannah; two sons, William F. Brannen Jr. of Lugoff, S.C., and Randy Brannen of Savannah; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert F. and Flora Brannen of Savannah; a brother-in-law, Herbert Reynolds of Savannah; a sister-in-law, Lerline Brannen of Statesboro; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 2 p.m. Sunday in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
