She appeared in a handful of Broadway shows from 1903 to 1917: The Jewel of Asia, The Blonde in Black with Rose Beaumont and Blanche Ring, The Jersey Lily, The Southerners, Canary Cottage opposite Hugh Cameron. Reine also appeared in two films: Sunday - 1915, The Sin Woman - 1917. She died of spinal meningitis.
