Robert Van Hoop (Van Huff) Rose, 76, of 513 West 12th St. Died at a local hospital today.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Elmwood with the Rev. A. Gerald Quiram officiating. Services will be directed by Elmwood Chapel.
A native of Anderson, S.C., Mr Rose was a retired salesman for the Nashville Tent and Awning Co. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church.
SURVIVORS INCLUDE his wife, Mrs Freida Weidmann Rose; four daughters, Mrs. Louise Rowe of Macon, Ga., Mrs. Mary Anna Meyers, Mrs. Betty Mae Edge, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; three sons, Robert V. Rose Jr., Carter Rose, both of Jacksonville, Fla., and Harry Rose of Atlanta; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
