Obituary from the Waltham Free Press (Waltham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA) on Friday, June 18, 1880, page 2, column 6:

Mrs. Mary Lincoln, wife of Major G. Frank Frost, died at her residence on Bacon street, in this town, on the 11th inst., at the age of 33 years. For two years Mrs. Frost had been unwell, and for much of the period a great sufferer, being at times so near death's door from an incurable disease that she was not expected to live from hour to hour. Never apparently very robust, and wasted by prolonged sickness, she yet preserved her hopefulness and cheerfulness, her mind rising superior to the frail body, in her strong desire to live for her family - a devoted husband and four children, the youngest two years old, making a strong attraction for a prolonged earthly life.

The funeral took place on Monday afternoon, Dr. Benjamin Worcester officiating. The remains were conveyed to Mt. Feake cemetery.
