Bob is survived by his daughters, Grace Minor and Babe Hill; two grandchildren, Faith and Jacob Hill; two sisters, Linda (Tim) Impson and Judy (Dennis) Knoles; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, infant twins, Jacob and Jasper, and nephew, Brad Bradley.
Bob was a resident of Menard County nearly all of his life. He owned and operated Areawide Tree Service for the past ten years and prior to that he was engaged in farming with his father (M&M Farms). He was an avid outdoorsman that loved trap shooting, hunting, fishing and trapping.
Funeral service were held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg with the Rev. Shawn Schaeffer officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Petersburg.
