Wedgeport.- Died yesterday in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mrs. William Lane, born Thaïs LeBlanc, formerly of this parish but who had been in the United States for 38 years. She was 56 years old. The deceased, who was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Maximin LeBlanc, leaves to mourn, her husband, two sisters, Mrs. Horace Cutting of Brookline, Mass., and Mrs. Evée LeBlanc from here; also three half-brothers, Zébedée of Kelly's Cove, Yarmouth County, Auguste and Philippe from here. The funeral was held at St. Joseph's Church, Brooklyn. Mrs. Horace Cutting and Miss Mildred LeBlanc, sister and niece of the deceased, attended the service.
